The WIA Pet Insurance Standard (WIA-PET-010) provides a comprehensive framework for standardizing pet insurance systems worldwide. This standard enables interoperability between insurance providers, veterinary clinics, health record systems, and pet owners through unified data formats, APIs, and protocols.

## Premium Calculation

The WIA standard uses AI-driven risk assessment to calculate premiums:
